# dimension.getName

Returns the name of a dimension.

dimension.getName(dimensionId)
```

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `dimensionId` | `string` | The dimension's id. |

## Returns

The dimension's name, or `"ERROR: Dimension not found"` when it can't be found.

## Examples

```js
const dimensionName = dimension.getName("123");
```
