# datasource.directoryCreate 

Creates a directory.

```js
datasource.directoryCreate(directoryName)
```

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `directoryName` | `string` | The path of the directory to create. Only the last folder is created, so its parent must already exist. |

## Returns

`true` when the directory was created. `false` when the path is invalid, the directory already exists or its parent doesn't exist.

## Examples

```js
datasource.directoryCreate("Export");
datasource.directoryCreate("Upload/Images");
```
